Revealing the Joy of the Infinite
The Life-Force Academy Virtual Immersion
October 7–11 · Live from Menla & On Demand
Eight sessions of Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, and dharma with Jai Dev, with live music from SIMRIT — streamed from the hall at Menla into whatever quiet corner you call yours.

Our children grow up. Relationships change. Bodies change. A chapter of life that once gave us meaning comes to an end. We lose people we love. Again and again, life asks us to release one form so another can begin.
The more deeply we understand impermanence, the more completely we can inhabit our lives.
Over eight sessions, we work with the yogic teachings and practices of impermanence — the fears, grasping, grief, and uncertainty that naturally arise as life changes — and we practice opening into the life-force underneath them. Practice. Rest. Return. Little by little, we explore what becomes possible when fear loosens its grip.
That is the journey of Deathlessness: Revealing the Joy of the Infinite. It's one of the most potent yogic experiences available, anyone can do it, and now you can experience it from the comfort of your own home.
It's a cinematic visual and sound experience. Session after session you'll move your body, breathe, and transport yourself into blissful meditative states. Together, we'll laugh, cry, dance and share in an experience so precious that words simply will not do it justice.
Take all the turbulence of your life, your aspirations and all your obstacles — bring them with you — and uplift like never before.
Eight sessions broadcast from the hall at Menla, in real time, with the room, the band, and the practice all coming to you.
Can't make five days in a row work? No worries — the entire event is yours on-demand, at whatever pace suits your schedule.
Complete beginner or lifelong practitioner, the practices are guided step by step and adapt to whatever your body can do today.
No flights, no lodging, no time off work. A mat, a cushion, and a corner of your home is the whole setup.
Invite your bestie over, or take the adventure solo in the private sanctuary of your own heart and mind.
Replays stay with you after the immersion ends, so the practices can keep working long after the last session.
We begin by setting our intention for how we would like to transform over the course of our journey. Serenaded by the transcendent sound of the SIMRIT project, we begin to awaken our inner dynamic power to bring this intention to life.
Every session becomes available on-demand as soon as its live broadcast ends, so the schedule below is an invitation, not a requirement. Take what you can live and catch up later. Take one a day and finish in a week. Or take one a week and let it unfold over the fall.
*Session times are Eastern Time and subject to change.

Light some incense and make your favorite tea. Pull out your meditation cushion and get ready for lift-off.
One corner, cleared and claimed. A candle, a cloth, something that means something to you.
Small rituals tell your nervous system that this hour is different from the rest of the day.
A mat, a blanket, a cushion or a chair. Nothing else is required — really.
Turn the sound up, close the door, and let the session carry you the rest of the way.
Nobody does the live music yoga experience quite like the Life-Force Academy. The LFA sound has been crafted over more than twenty years, and some of the most iconic music in the world of yoga came out of these immersions.
The music and sound experience of an LFA immersion is the primary vehicle which transports us into the bliss realms.
Simrit and her band play live in the hall, and the broadcast is mixed so that sound reaches you at home with all of its depth intact. Headphones or good speakers, and you're in the room.

A companion course for the Deathlessness journey
The Deathlessness Immersion gives us several days to go deeply into these teachings together. Joy of the Infinite gives you a way to keep going.
This six-module course was created around many of the same essential questions: How do we work with impermanence? How do we transform our relationship with fear? How do we loosen our dependence on changing circumstances and discover a joy that lives deeper within us?
Across the course, Jai Dev guides you through teachings and practices designed to give these ideas a living experience in the body. You'll work with a core kriya, a series of meditations, and teachings on impermanence, the death process, life-force, and our deathless nature.

The suggested rhythm is one module each week, with a 40-day practice running alongside it. You can follow that structure or move through the material in the way that works for your life. Every module is available in video and audio, and you'll have lifetime access to return to the teachings and practices again and again.
We've included Joy of the Infinite as a bonus with your Deathlessness Virtual Immersion registration because the two experiences belong beautifully together. The immersion gives you concentrated time to enter the work. The course gives you a path for staying with it, letting the practices become familiar, and continuing the exploration long after the immersion ends.
Joy of the Infinite is included at no additional cost when you join the Deathlessness Virtual Immersion.
Only available with virtual registration
“I loved the potency of the practices and the discipline it required to commit to the structure from home. The highlights for me were the connectiveness to Jai Dev's presence even through virtual arena, the delicate and powerful music of SIMRIT, and praying for compassion in solidarity with a worldwide community during a time of great unrest.”

Jai Dev is the founder of the Life-Force Academy and one of the world's most sought-after teachers of Kundalini yoga, meditation, and the science of the subtle body. For over twenty years he has led immersions, trainings, and pilgrimages that guide practitioners into the direct experience of the inner life.
His signature blend of kriya, mantra, and live sound has become a hallmark of the LFA experience — potent, joyful, and deeply transformative, whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice.
