Something special happens when we begin together.
The first evening of an immersion sets the tone for everything that follows. We gather, begin to practice, and build the energy that will carry us through the days ahead.
From the retreat room in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in New York to homes around the world, each person becomes part of that beginning. And we’d love for you to be there.
Jai Dev will guide the yoga, breathwork, meditation, and teaching, accompanied by SIMRIT and her band. The music unfolds spontaneously, in response to the practice and the energy we create together.
If you’ve loved the music in Life-Force Academy classes, this is where so much of it begins. You’ll be there as it takes shape.
Our first session: Joy of the Infinite.
To enter a space of elevation and inspiration, we need energy. We’ll begin by activating life-force in the body, building our magnetic field, and bringing the mind’s energy into a focused beam.
With that energy available, we can travel deeper into meditation and explore for ourselves what the yogis call the joy of the infinite.
